2017 Women's Skillshare Tune-In

Strong Perfumes : We will be gathering together with the buoyant rhapsody of spring. Bees will be learning their pathways, birds will be reciting their songs. In a supportive offering and honor to the wild kingdom, we ask that you refrain from bringing or wearing any strong perfumes or synthetic scents. May we gather together and appreciate the opportunity to smell the magic of the land, flowers and earth. Essential oils for medicinal use are okay!

Weather preparation : Though we can access information from the scientific study of the weather patterns, the future is ultimately unknown! With that, please bring a variety of warm clothing, rain gear, layers and anything that you feel will be necessary for your personal comfort.

Camping : The Uplift Skillshare Gathering will be located on the magical grandeur of Morning Star Farm. Surrounded by a thick forest of trees and pathways to orchards and hidden realms, the land will offer many divine places for you to set up for sacred slumber. If you wish and prefer to bunk together and sleep alongside fellow sisters, we will have the wonderful opportunity to co-create the ideal sleep setting for each individual 's needs. Please bring your favorite sleeping gear and a tent for camping. If you do not have a tent, let us know and we'll help align one for you.

Sunday night : Due to each individual's needs, some may wish to depart the farm on Monday morning as opposed to Sunday evening. If this is the case, we welcome you to do so. We ask that you contribute an additional $20 for use of the land & facilities.

As our time together grows closer, we ask you to please join us in beginning the formation of our held vision for unity, healing and awakening. We are each so incredibly powerful and our thoughts and intentions are the pathway to the waking world that we are co-creating.

As though you were preparing for a divine ceremony, try to find some time to sit with self and feel what it is you wish to awaken and what it is you wish to discard. Ultimately, your intention and presence will be what rewards you the most from this experience together.

Ferry Schedule and website : Travel to and from Orcas Island is a journey and experience of its own. Similar to entry into the realms of Brigadoon, Orcas has a unique and mystical bridge of ethereal fog and water. With that said, we ask that you please take some time to look over the Washington State Ferry website and align your travel plans and ferry reservations with the current spring ferry schedule. If you are driving your car onto the ferry, you will want to reserve your spot. If you have any questions at all, please ask us.

Rideshare : Capacity for parking is somewhat limited on the land, so we encourage you to reach out and link up your travels plans if at all possible. Reach out personally via email, inquire with us, and/or connect on the private Facebook group (Link below).

If you wish to reach out and connect with your sisters before or after the gathering, we have set up a private Sisters Of The Tide Facebook group. Bring your inquiries, your shares, and your support as you feel called. If you have not yet been invited to the group, send us a message and we will add you!
